Our Insurance Defense Group represents insurance carriers and their insureds in a wide variety of matters at all levels of the state and federal court systems. Our lawyers work with the client to identify the desired end result early in a case, and to develop strategies for achieving that goal. We understand that the goal and the strategy can change over the course of a case, and we adapt easily and responsively to a client’s call for a new direction. We anticipate the client’s needs, the opposing party’s next move, and the court’s decisions, and communicate our advice to the client in a timely manner.
