Sean Buggy has over fifteen (15) years of experience focusing on general civil litigation and insurance defense. He began his career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Joseph D. O’Keefe of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Sean has extensive litigation experience at the arbitration and trial levels. Sean served as a Member of Hearing Committee 1.02 for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from 2002-2008, including, service as Chairman from 2004-2008. He has served as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Compulsory Arbitration Program for over ten (10) years. In 2017, Sean was appointed to serve as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Philadelphia County of Common Pleas, Civil Division.
