James W. Watson, a shareholder and the managing attorney of the King of Prussia office, concentrates his practice on civil litigation and his experience includes handling a wide variety of matters including business disputes, professional liability, products liability, dram shop, auto, UM/UIM, premises and insurance coverage litigation. While in law school, Mr. Watson clerked for Judge Joseph Battle of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County and Judge John T.J. Kelly of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Since graduation, Mr. Watson has represented a diverse variety of clients and insurers at the trial level and appellate courts in central and eastern Pennsylvania and almost every county in New Jersey. He has expanded the law of New Jersey relative to the other insurance clauses and the duty to defend and indemnify when multiple policies are in effect.
