He worked as a senior staff attorney for a large insurance company for 30 years. Mark is a certified Judge Pro Tem/Settlement Master and Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He has also served as a Defense and Neutral arbitrator in Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Arbitrations.
